Have decided to start exercising!! so was googling on arm exercises and stuff.. then came across a youtube video.. woah.. cool... tt's my target! not disgustingly muscular.. haha.. and then found an awesome website link! http://www.bodyrock.tv/
then i started thinking... but what if end up too overly muscular... then i googled again.. and found out... females will not be able to have giant bulky muscles because there's not enough testosterones for it.. why female bodybuiders are super muscular is because of the crazy diets of eatting i don know what..and it takes years and maybe steroids and stuff..
but then i came across comments that is not true for females with pcos.. huh?! what's pcos right? pcos is polycystic ovary syndrome... (according to wikipedia: The principal features are obesity, anovulation (resulting in irregular menstruation) or amenorrhea, acne, and excessive amounts or effects ofandrogenic (masculinizing) hormones) interesting.. i think i have pcos.... then more googling.. and nope seems like is not true that pcos ppl will become overly muscular...as long as no overcalorise shld be ok? and besides.. u wont become bulky overnight.. so is like if too much then stop lor.. hmm make sense...
and building up some muscles is good for health.. it reduces health problems.. like back pain.. which i am suffering from...back pain is a serious problem.. the spine is like the core connecting ur body.. it like affects everything i guess.. i wouldnt want problems like slipped disc.. not able to walk because of the excruciating pain..
i almost freak out the last time when i had back pain..initially it was just random attacks of pain.. and then pain lasted for days.. went see sinseh.. and then ba guan and stuff.. and then later i got stiff back.. stiff muscles..(i have a feeling all of which was kinda of triggered by handball) which was frightening bcos i wasnt able to bend down!! i had trouble sitting straight up with both my legs stretched out... my back would just give way and fall backwards.. and there was nights where i couldnt sleep well bcos i can feel the pain on my back... i am so glad i finally am flexible again! i can fully stretched now.. no more back pains.. although sometime still got abit of random attacks.. so while the back pain dosent attack me again.. i have to build a stronger back...
exercise for a better health both physically and mentally!
